Jenny Yip

Jenny Yip has been working with ECFO since 2010, as project manager, she heads up ECFO's project team in providing turnaround and M&A transaction solutions to multinationals and private equity portfolio companies, with a focus on applying international best practice standards.

Since joining ECFO, Jenny has taken a lead role in a wide range of projects that include due diligence, internal audit, restatement of financials, transfer pricing advisory, accounting system start up and policies and procedures implementation, periodic financial review, financial modeling, fraud audit and internal controls assessment/advisory, and undertaking interim financial management roles such as financial controller. From heavy manufacturing to trading, Jenny has experience in a variety of industries including F&B, education, medical devices, antenna, clothing/apparel, motors, and natural stones.

Jenny is majored in Economics at the Central University of Venezuela. After two years working in the Venezuelan banking system, she was granted a full scholarship to study at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, where she obtained an MS in International Finance in 2009.

As a Venezuelan Hongkongese, Jenny is a native speaker of Spanish and Cantonese. She is also fluent in English and Mandarin.
